Our delegation paid a visit to the community of Nangbal in Northern Ghana. The villagers of Nangbal are fully invested in their water project. Each community or clinic must apply for a well and make a firm commitment to operate their borehole as a group to verify the sustainability of the project. We were privileged to attend the election for a water committee in Nangbal. The results of the election were celebrated by women leaders who were elected to presidency and treasurer .
